Leshto provides WhatsApp Business Cloud API notification, automation, and communication-related services.

You must not use Leshto to send spam, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful messages.

5. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services

Leshto may rely on third-party platforms including Meta and WhatsApp. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, account actions, or policy changes by third-party providers.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content submitted through Leshto. You grant us a limited right to process, store, and transmit such content only as needed to provide the service.

7. Fees and Paid Plans

Leshto does not currently offer paid plans. If paid services are introduced in the future, pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be provided before purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, branding, documentation, and platform functionality related to Leshto remain the property of Zanetine Web Design or its licensors.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, API changes, or third-party outages may affect availability.

10. Privacy

Your use of Leshto is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or operational risk, violate platform rules, or if required by law.

12. Disclaimer

Leshto is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zanetine Web Design shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Leshto.
